2. Photographic and Video Evidence: In your email, include clear photographs and a comprehensive video in 360 degrees showing the following:

• The unopened parcel from all sides.
• The opening of the parcel, revealing the damaged or missing item.
• Close-ups of the damage or evidence of the missing item.

Return Authorization

Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process. Do not send the item back without proper authorization.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item if required. Return shipping costs for damaged or missing items will be covered by us.

Refund Process
